Facilities

Prices listed are for reserving the equipment. You may take turns and share the play time with up to one other player per bay, great for groups! There is a $5 additional player fee that will be collected upon arrival of your group. For multiplayer games, a minimum of 2 stations must be rented concurrently. For more information about our facilities, click here.

Late Policy

To ensure other guests have an equally enjoyable experience with their reserved times, arriving late to your reservation may reduce your play time. Lost time due to arriving late will not be refunded.

YOU WILL NEED TO ARRIVE 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR START TIME. This will ensure you have time to complete the needed paperwork and equipment orientation without impacting your play time. Arriving less than 15 minutes early may reduce your time with the equipment.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

MEDICAL CONCERNS

Virtual reality action and interaction can stimulate reactive and spatial sensations, and as such, you may experience motion sickness, loss of balance, falling, or physical collisions with objects or persons. The virtual reality systems can display optical images and lighting effects that can trigger medical episodes or even seizures. Additionally, sound effects combined with the visual imaging can over-stimulate the senses, and contribute to headaches, stress, or other maladies or symptoms. Virtual reality is a new concept and form of entertainment and recreational activity; consequently, not all the risks have been ascertained. By agreeing to participate in a HEROES virtual reality experience, you expressly do so under an assumption of the risk of harm, whether known or unknown. If you are susceptible or concerned about adverse effects of virtual reality, you are encouraged to forego direct participation. People under certain medications, pregnant women, elderly persons, and children should refrain from direct participation.
