Virtual Reality is a cutting edge method of experiencing fully immersive games and experiences. The user wears a head mounted display (HMD) and uses controllers in 3D space to interact with their virtual world. The HMD and controllers work together to track the user's head and hand movements to physically look and move around inside of a totally virtual world.
A station is the designated playspace for only ONE person AT A TIME. To accomodate freely mobile VR experiences, it must be at least 6x6 feet in area. We have ten stations: 6 set up for the HTC VIVE, 4 for the HTC VIVE Pro - an upgraded higher definition VR headset, and a large and fully mobile freeroam arena.
Freeroam is an all-new fully immersive virtual reality experience. Our guides will suit you up into our VR Backpacks and send you on your mission. This experience is point A to B, lasts about 45 minutes, and allows for 2-4 players.
As many as you would like! We present you with a library full of different experiences that can be switched around at the click of a button. You are never locked into one experience!
Walk-Ins are always welcome, however, reservations allow our team to prepare and personalize your experience with us! You can always give us a call or check our availabilty online!
There are several forms of modern VR: Room-Scale, Seated, and Free Roam. Room-Scale gives the user the freedom to move around inside of their bay to dodge, walk, jump, and more! HEROES Virtual Reality Adventures is set up for freely mobile Room-Scale VR in all ten of our bays.
We do! Relax in our full-body anti-gravity massage chair available as an addon, and help yourself to our complimentary coffee station!
Probably! Our virtual reality headsets accomodate glasses as long as the frames can fit into the headset itself. In order to avoid any issues with fit or discomfort we suggest that you wear contacts.
Only one person can play on a station at a time, but if you want to switch out with a friend over the course of your rental we do accomodate up to two players per station for no additional charge. Just ask your guide to accomadate the rotations during your alotted play-time!

When you are in the headset, you will see a built-in boundary of your playspace known as a Chaperone. Please DO NOT move past the Chaperone. It will look like a purple/pink grid that makes up a wall at the edge of the bay while you are in the headset and it keeps you, as well as everyone else, safe.
You have to be 8 years of age or older in order to play.
Before putting on the VR headset, you will have to sign a form notifying you of the risks of using the equipment.
We do not recommend individuals such as those with serious medical concerns such as epilepsy participate in VR.
