  • HEROES VR Adventures serves Sacramento but is physically located at 1801 Taylor Road, Suite 130, in Roseville. Our location is easily accessible from Sacramento through I-80, making it a convenient option for families, friends, schools, and companies across the region.

  • The journey from downtown Sacramento to Roseville generally takes approximately 25 to 30 minutes in lighter traffic. Travel time can reach 45 minutes or longer during peak commuting periods, so we recommend checking current directions before beginning your trip.

    • HEROES offers both Room Scale and Free Roam VR. Room Scale gives each player a personal movement bay, while Free Roam allows up to six players to move together inside one shared wireless arena. VR escape rooms and Junior HEROES experiences are also available.

  • Room Scale VR currently starts at $47 for one hour. Free Roam VR costs $57 per player and includes access to eight multiplayer experiences. Private parties and events use customized pricing. Visit our pricing and promotions page before booking for the latest rates.

  • Yes. HEROES hosts VR birthday parties for Sacramento and Roseville families, along with private celebrations and school events. We also offer corporate team building for Sacramento-area organizations, with private facility access, professional support, catering options, and packages for different group sizes.

  • Most HEROES experiences are recommended for players aged eight and older. Some intense titles are restricted to ages 12 and above. Junior HEROES offers supervised, age-appropriate games for children aged four to nine when accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  • No previous experience is necessary. Staff members help players select suitable games, adjust their headsets, understand the controllers, and enter the play area safely. Beginners can start with comfortable experiences before moving toward faster, more physical, or challenging adventures.

  • Yes. Roseville residents have a dedicated VR arcade close to home, while Sacramento visitors can reach it through I-80. Its range of individual, multiplayer, family, party, and team experiences makes HEROES suitable for many ages and experience levels.

    • Room-Scale VR: Starting at $50 for 1 hour

    • Free Roam VR: $60 per player (includes access to all 8 multiplayer experiences)

    • Parties & Events: Custom pricing available for private groups.

  • Walk-ins are welcome, but we strongly recommend reserving your spot—especially on weekends. You can book online or give us a call.

GAMEPLAY & GEAR

  • We use HTC Focus and HTC VIVE Pro headsets—the industry standard for comfort, accuracy, and clarity. You'll also use handheld controllers that mirror your hand movements in real time.

  • Yes! Our in-headset launcher lets you freely jump between over 50+ Room-Scale games without needing help from staff.

  • Perfect! Most of our guests are first-timers. Our team will walk you through setup, help you get comfortable, and recommend the best experiences for your style.

  • Not likely. We use high-quality headsets with low latency and high refresh rates to minimize nausea. Our Room-Scale VR is especially comfortable, and you can always take a break if needed.

EVENTS & PARTIES

  • Absolutely. We offer event packages for birthdays of all ages, corporate groups, field trips, school outings, and more. You can reserve multiple VR bays or even the whole facility.

  • Yes—we partner with schools, booster clubs, and nonprofits for flyer-based, event-based, and direct sales fundraisers. Reach out to learn how you can earn up to 40% per sale.

  • Absolutely! Beyond our complimentary beverage station, massage chair, and other guest amenities, we also offer a comfortable spectator lounge area so everyone can be part of the fun!

LOGISTICS

    • Room-Scale Bays: 1 player per bay (we have up to 10 bays)

    • Free Roam Arena: Up to 6 players at a time

    • Events: We rotate larger groups through sessions so everyone gets plenty of playtime

  • Dress comfortably. Avoid bulky hats, large earrings, or long hairstyles tied high on your head (they may interfere with the headset). Closed-toe shoes are recommended.

  • Yes. Each bay is mapped out with physical boundaries, and our staff monitor all sessions. We’ll make sure you’re safe, comfortable, and supported.

  • Yes, we have plenty of free parking right outside our front door.
