FIELD TRIPS THAT GO WHERE A YELLOW BUS CAN’T
Standards-aligned STEM enrichment, two ways: we come to your school, or your class comes to us!
Walk your students through the International Space Station. Fly them through the solar system. Shrink them down until atoms and molecules are the size of basketballs.
Choose Your Program
Two ways to put your students inside the lesson. Same VR Guides, same documented safety program, same turn-key delivery for teachers.

MOBILE VR FIELD TRIPS — WE COME TO YOU
No Buses. No Permission Slip Circus.
The hardest part of most field trips isn't the destination — it's getting there. Our Mobile VR Field Trip program removes the transportation line item, the chaperone scramble, and the half-day lost to loading zones. Students walk from their classroom to the gym, and twenty minutes later they're aboard the ISS.
Three experiences, mapped to the standards you're already teaching
International Space Station
Students move through the real station modules, seeing how humans live and work in orbit.
NGSS MS-ESS1Solar System
Planetary scale, orbits, and structure explored from the inside rather than from a diagram.
NGSS MS-ESS1Atoms & Molecules
Matter at a scale no classroom demo can reach: atomic structure, bonds, states of matter.
NGSS MS-PS1Your teachers keep teaching — every session is supported by a HEROES VR Guide who's there every step of the way to keep things running smoothly. And because we offer teachers a preview of each experience before trip day, they can tailor the lesson to their curriculum and walk into the gym knowing exactly what their students are about to see.
This is a teaching tool tied to your science units — students leave having been somewhere the unit describes, and teachers get a shared reference point for the rest of the unit.

What Your Gym Needs
Space
A fully cleared out basketball court! That's all!
Power
A single standard 110v power outlet. Seriously, that's all we need.
Setup & Teardown
We'll need to visit about a week before for about 2 hours to map your space out. It's also a great oppurtunity for a teacher demonstration! On the day of, we'll need access 1-2 hours before the first group's start time. Teardown is typically under an hour.
Rotation & Throughput
15-35 Students Per Session or ~150 Per Day (based on a typical 7-hour school day)
Supervision Model
Classroom teachers remain with and supervise their students at all times; HEROES VR Guides run the technology, onboarding, and facilitate end to end.
Hygiene Protocol
Headsets and controllers sanitized between every user — part of our documented safety program with active guide supervision, content filtering, and break protocols. Read our VR safety guide.
Insurance
Certificate of Insurance available on request, including additional-insured endorsements for your school or district.
ON-SITE FIELD TRIPS — COME TO US
A High-Energy STEM & Teamwork Day in Roseville — From 1st Grade Up
For younger students, or for classes that want the full free-roam arena experience, bring your field trip to us. Our on-site program is built around physical activity and social-emotional learning: students communicate, delegate, and solve problems together while physically moving through digital worlds — not sitting at a desk, and not staring at a screen alone.
What Students Practice
Teamwork, communication, coordination, and curiosity — free-roam experiences require students to work together under pressure.
SEL & Physical ActivityThe Visit
20–30 minutes in-headset per student, inside a structured visit with onboarding, rotation, and breaks run by our VR Guides.
$19/student · 25 student minimumSafety & Supervision
Teachers supervise their classes throughout; VR Guides run every station. Same hygiene protocol as our mobile program. COI available on request. Our published age & safety policy.
1st Grade +20-32 students per hour plus chaperones/non-participants; 90 minutes end-to-end; established waiver procress for participants; lunch space availablilty and group waivers upon request.
Why Principles Say Yes
It's enrichment, not a day off
Every program connects to clear learning outcomes — named standards for mobile, instructor-led physical activity and SEL for on-site. The trip becomes an extension of the classroom, not a break from it.
Retention through immersion
When students are doing rather than watching, retention jumps. Immersive learning turns spectators into participants.
Turn-key for teachers
Our VR Guides handle the technology and onboarding end to end. Teachers focus on their students.
Documentation ready
Program descriptions with learning objectives, our published age & safety policy, and COIs available on request — the paperwork you need to justify the trip to your district, ready to forward.
40%
Budget Spoken For? We Can Help You Bridge It.
School budgets are often committed 18 months out. Our High-Impact School Fundraiser program lets your school or PTA retain up to 40% of proceeds — most fundraisers fight for 10–20% of a burger; we give up to 40% of a $50 purchase. Many schools run a fundraiser night first and use the proceeds to fund their field trip.
